Where can I start with this. Amsterdam alone is an amazing place and add a festival with people like Carl Cox, Tim Deluxe and Sarah Main and thats not even the real main stage. Nor is it the Defected tent with Mr. V, Kenny Dope, Roog, Copyright, Shovell on Percussions and myself, Sandy Rivera.
This tent was full with a great atmosphere from the time I arrived around 4pm and kept on going till the end. With about 50,000 people doing the rounds and the weather being spot on, you can just imagine the energy about.
I caught a bit of Carl Cox and he was on form like always. Defected had a boat party after which was really nice, Simon Dunmore took the decks over and smashed it with an old school vibe with some groovy classics, everyone was going mad. Mr, V got in the mix also with some proper dirty beats, then I played and after that Simon finished it off. I must say, it's not good to mix your drinks. I could not make the flight the next day...
